Website delivery and security
Vercel provides hosting and content delivery. Opening a page sends technical information to its infrastructure, including your IP address, requested resource, request time and browser information. Vercel may derive approximate location from the IP address and process operational and security logs. Our basis for delivering and protecting this website is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider-held operational records follow the necessity, security and legal retention criteria described in the provider notices below; the six-month support period does not apply to hosting logs.
Language, cookies and demonstrations
The website sets no cookies, stores no persistent browser identifiers and uses no visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts load from the website itself. The root address uses country information supplied by the host from the connection IP to choose German for Germany and English otherwise; you can select another language. Demonstrations use sample content and do not create or upload real notes, tasks or AI reports. Copying a feedback template requires a click. Email links open your email application.
Email and postal correspondence
Porkbun forwards support@qtoapp.de to a personal Google/Gmail inbox. We use your email address, message and any attachments to handle your request, based on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Sending a message is voluntary; without contact details we cannot reply. Do not send passwords, private notes, full chat histories or sensitive attachments. Postal mail passes through the Federsitz address service. We delete resolved correspondence six months after resolution, unless an ongoing matter, legal obligation or legal claim requires longer retention. Provider-held backups and operational records follow separate provider retention criteria.
Providers and international processing
Vercel, Porkbun, Google and the postal address service receive information necessary for their respective functions. Vercel, Porkbun and Google services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe processing locations, retention and applicable transfer safeguards, including adequacy frameworks or contractual safeguards where applicable. The notices below provide further information. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your correspondence. We do not sell your support messages.
Your data protection rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. Contact support@qtoapp.de and provide only what is needed to identify your request. You may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU member state of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. This website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation. Send your objection to support@qtoapp.de. We will assess it under Article 21 GDPR and stop the processing unless the applicable legal exception permits it to continue.
Scope and changes
This policy concerns the website and correspondence, not processing inside the installed Android app. The website cannot access or delete notes stored in the app. We update this policy when website processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
